Product Arrives Damaged
Mistakes can happen. Just like a corked bottle of wine, there is a 3% chance that a product can leave our shipping facility in an unsatisfactory state. If you receive a product that is torn, has a misprinted or off center print, uneven or undone stitching or any damage that was incurred before arriving into your possession, please reach out to us at info@grapeobsession.com within 30 days of delivery and include pictures of the faulty garment and your order number.
Product Is The Wrong Size
On each product page for our shirts there is a size guide to help you decide what size will be the best fit for you. If you are not happy with the size of your shirt we are happy to exchange it for a different size, though we are not responsible for paying for the return shipping. If you would like to exchange your shirt please email us at info@grapeobsession.com within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot exchange any product if the product has been washed or damaged.
